My mission is to continuously foster and develop my own self-growth so that I may be a responsible person to help foster and develop the growth of others. I believe in kaizen: the Japanese philosophy of continuously making our personal and professional life better. With the people I collaborate, I aim to develop synergistic relationships and strive for shared visions. And for those who take my seminars or read my books: to inspire them to reach higher ground, and help them to foster and develop their own growth and transformation.
